As its name suggests, the Large Angle Tunable Filter MEMS chip was developed for tunable filter applications requiring large mirror with high angle and high resolution. The AGM LTF chip has a 1.5 mm diameter mirror and rotates about +/- 7.0° mechanical angle at 60V drive. The mirror has a resonant frequency > 630Hz. With measured insertion loss < 0.2 dB, the LTF chip offers superior optical performance for fully packaged high resolution tunable filter products. Its good performance under mechanical shock and vibration proves its ruggedness for demanding applications in the field.
