Mirror Array (MA) MEMS ChipAGM’s Mirror Array MEMS chip is a 2×30 array of micromirrors that can be used to direct up to 60 light beams at once, which can be used for high end telecom applications like optical wavelength switching. Offering ±2.5° mechanical angle on each mirror, with minimal dynamic cross talk, the AGM mirror array chip provides a stunning density of optical switching power within a small amount of physical real estate. This product represents an early step for AGM in the field of Mirror Array products which is an area of high growth potential. We can develop and build other Mirror Array products using 1D or 2D mirrors with potentially 1000s of mirrors in one chip.
