Mini VOA/Tunable Filter (TF) MEMS ChipThe Mini VOA/TF line of AGM products was developed to address market demand for continued miniaturization of optical component footprints, coupled with increased functionality. With a size of 1 x 1 mm, the standard Mini VOA/Tunable Filter Chip achieves up to 2.5° of controllable angular rotation in both positive and negative directions, making it suitable for use in a wide range of optical components including VOAs and Tunable Filters. The 0.6mm mirror combined with good shock, vibration and temperature performance allows the chip to meet most requirements related to beam size and environmental ruggedness.
